Shipping and Order Processing

We ship with USPS. Standard domestic shipping is 3 to 7 business days​. Ground shipping for all liquid products is 5 to 10 Business days​​.
Shipping dates are ESTIMATES and are not guaranteed.

Processing is 1-2 business days. Orders are processed in the order that they are received and shipped out accordingly.

Return Policy

ALL SALES ARE FINAL and may not be returned or exchanged due to the nature of the product. If the product you have purchased arrives in a damaged condition, please contact us immediately at info@lierrenaturals.com.​

All discrepancies, shortages, broken merchandise, and any requests for returns must be made within 7 days from the delivery date of your order.

If there is an error with your order, all exchanges must be returned in the original condition.

We are not responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning items unless it is due to an error made by Lierre Naturals. Original shipping cost is non-refundable.
